Begin by cutting up chicken breasts in cube size pieces. Set aside.

Next, cut up half of an onion in small pieces.

After you've cut up the chicken and onion, you'll toss in the onion with 3-4 tablespoons of butter and cook it together until the butter has melted and the onions have caramelized.

Add in your chicken and let cook through.

Once your chicken has cooked through, add a good amount of chicken soup base.

The last step will be to add in a pint of heavy cream and let it simmer.

You can either eat it as soon as it is cooked at this point, or put everything into a crockpot and heat up for the next day.

Place over rice, and enjoy!
