Pesto Penne Chicken Soup

1. Start by adding your spinach, Garlic, Pepper and Roasted Red Peppers into a large pot and cook until spinach has wilted.
2. Next add the chicken broth and pesto and mix.
3. Add the shredded chicken, cooked penne and heavy cream and mix together and simmer.
4. Finally you will top with parmesan cheese
Serve with fresh rolls - or paninis.
2 C. Penne
4 C. Spinach
1 tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Pepper
Roasted Red Peppers
3 C. Chicken Broth
3 TBSP. Pesto
4-5 Shredded Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 C. Heavy Cream
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
